Reminds me of those Taco stands near the bus station in Playa Del Carmen. Not as cheap but almost as good. Not as fancy as Lesquina and high end, but this is street food. Pork (carnitas) was the best $2.00/per. Even the Major has been here. So if your in the area forget TacoTaco and El Paso - over price and not authentic.
Pros they deliver $* min. authentic Taco carnitas, and beef tongue
Cons closes at 10pm and a little pricey for what it is. -

I found a heap of menus from this place in the foyer tonight and thought, hmm, Mexican food sounds good... let's give them a shot.
Ugh. Never again. I don't know if they're new or what, but they need to step it up.
Did they seriously put slices of American cheese in my burrito? WTF? In amongst the raw onions, mysterious slices of tasteless white stuff and barely perceptible carnitas? My husband offered to trade me halfsies for his cemita, but I didn't like that either. Maybe because I still had the taste of the burrito in my mouth. He said the cemita was ok, but not as good as the one he got from Cafe Olin, so what's the point?
You know... I don't actually like giving bad reviews. I think about some family investing all their money and dreams into a little restaurant and sowing menus about the neighborhood, all full of hope for success and comfort. It makes me feed bad inside. But so did this food, unfortunately.
